We’ve found that agencies are not always transparent in what they do for clients, it’s a general failing within the marketing industry, and it’s just not good enough. One of our founding principles is complete transparency. We will not send you endless reports that are made to ‘look like we’ve done loads of work’ as many agencies do, we’d rather show you exactly what we did do and stand behind the results. Tracking results is also majorly important and with our MD’s background as an accountant another of our founding principles is clear reporting and accountability. We know that when our clients genuinely understand what we are doing and clearly see positive results their sales increase and marketing gets exciting rather than a necessity
