Through a series of insight meetings an opportunity was seen to encourage chefs in the catering industry to use Bisto beyond ‘just’ gravy. A series of trade ads in the relevant category titles encouraged extra use and educated chefs of possible recipes that they maybe hadn’t thought of with Bisto as a core ingredient. This was followed up with direct mail of recipe cards along with offers for more bulk purchase.
