AAG are an IT support services provider based in South Yorkshire. They wanted an update to their general print marketing for both events and direct marketing. The main proposition was that they had undertaken a shift in their internal culture towards better salesmanship and customer service. This needed to be reflected in a way that positioned them as a high energy, proactive provider. It followed then that the new designs should be equally high energy, following the multicolour nature of their branding and taking that in a slightly more approachable direction. This included their event banners, flyers and unusually for an IT company, external POS to be placed in their client’s premises showing what to do in certain circumstances. The new designs went down a storm, and whilst unexpected by AAG, was very warmly received.
